MY VISION FOR RICHMOND HILL

Copy of Home-1

A CITY THAT SERVES AND WORKS FOR EVERYDAY LIFE

Not just on paper. In real life.

Traffic, transit, snow clearing, city services: these aren’t abstract issues. They’re the difference between getting home on time or not, between feeling frustrated or feeling like things actually work.

I believe the local government should focus on the basics and get them right.

COUNCIL RESPONSIVENESS YOU CAN COUNT ON

People shouldn’t feel ignored by their own city.

When residents reach out, they deserve clear answers, timely follow-ups, a real sense that someone is listening and actively responding with actions, not silence or endless waiting.

Higher standards of service should be the expectation, not the exception.

SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESSES THAT HOLD COMMUNITIES TOGETHER

Small businesses are what give neighbourhoods life.

They’re cafés, bakeries, shops, services, the places people go every day to.

I believe the City should make it easier to run a business, not harder. Less friction. More support. More respect for the people who are building things locally.

ACCOUNTABILITY FOR HOW PUBLIC(taxpayers') MONEY IS SPENT

People pay taxes and expect results.

That means being responsible with spending, focusing on outcomes, making sure resources actually improve services people use every day.

STRONG, CONNECTED NEIGHBOURHOODS' INFRASTRUCTURE

A good city isn’t just infrastructure, it’s how it feels to live in it.

Safe streets. Clean parks. Reliable services. Spaces where people actually feel part of a community.

That’s what makes a neighbourhood feel like home.

BUILDING OUR FUTURE TOGETHER.

Protecting what makes Richmond Hill special while planning for a growing, connected, and welcoming city for future generations.
